The LETA Grievance Committee is charged with representing bargaining unit members in resolving any conflicts that may arise with management. The committee assists and advises a unit member with regard to his or her grievance and, in conjunction with CTA staff, makes recommendations to the Executive Board on processing grievances. The committee is familiar with the Collective bargaining Agreement, and coordinates grievance activities as outlined in the contract.
